Back Office and TCA

Our firm is embarking on a search to replace our outsourced back office provider. Our current provider is a large bank that handles all aspects of our back office including trade reconciliation with our executing broker-dealers, reconciling with our clients' custodians, accounting, performance computations, etc.

We are an institutional adviser with over $3 billion in assets trading small and mid-cap US equity securities (no funds and no foreign securities). Because we advise large state and corporate plans, we have finite number of account relationships (less than 100) but we reconcile to approximately 15 different custodians.

If you have recommendation of a capable service provider to fill this role, I would be interested in learning its name? We will be issuing an RFP.

Additionally, we are going to be seeking a trading cost analysis (TCA) system to bolster our in house best execution efforts. If you use such an outside service and are happy with it, we would be interesting in information on that as well.

Many thanks.
